Scope

This policy applies to CampaignBench as an independent publishing and campaign operations website, including public pages, blog content, and business contact workflows.

Information collected

CampaignBench may collect limited analytics, basic server logs, direct email correspondence, and information voluntarily provided through contact, partner, or review-related inquiries.

Cookies and analytics

The website may rely on cookies, local storage, or similar technical signals provided by hosting, analytics, or security services in order to understand traffic patterns and maintain site reliability.

How information is used

Information is used to operate the site, respond to inquiries, support partner or platform onboarding, and maintain publishing, reporting, data-governance, and workflow documentation.

Planned Reddit Data API workflow

CampaignBench is requesting explicit written approval for limited, read-only commercial use of public Reddit listing data for internal editorial topic research across CampaignBench-owned content properties. The requested workflow is not active in production and will not be enabled before approval and the stated safeguards are implemented.

Reddit data scope and purpose

The requested workflow is limited to public post IDs, titles, subreddit names, permalinks, publication times, listing sources, and public score or comment-count signals when available. It does not require usernames, profiles, private messages, private or quarantined content, deleted content, or off-platform identifiers. The data would be used to identify general topics for original publisher-authored content, not to republish Reddit posts.

Automated processing

Limited public post information may be sent to a contracted AI service solely to create internal topic suggestions and original drafts under CampaignBench content rules. CampaignBench does not use Reddit data to train a model, create user profiles, infer sensitive characteristics, build advertising audiences, or automate activity on Reddit.

Reddit data retention and removal

The workflow includes tested controls that scrub stored raw Reddit fields after a maximum of 30 days and immediately remove a matching stored source by post ID or permalink. Automatic enforcement remains staged while Reddit retrieval is disabled and will be enabled before any approved production access begins. Derived editorial records may be retained only when they do not reproduce Reddit post text or identify a Reddit user.

Sharing and retention

Information is not sold. Data may be processed by hosting, email, analytics, security, or contracted workflow providers only where reasonably necessary for the stated purpose. Inquiry records may be kept for as long as needed to maintain a useful business record. Reddit data will not be sold, licensed, redistributed, or provided to customers.
